A COMPREHENSIVE AND PROGRESSIVE RANGE OF TRAINING
By adapting to the different training requirements of our technical teams, our courses are organized into three main groups, depending on the context of the trainees and their assignments. Depending on the circumstances, these courses are taught in our training centers or on your operating sites.
REGIONAL TRAINING CENTERS FOR LOCAL SUPPORT
Opened in October 2013, the Mathieu Lindor Regional Training Center in Abidjan is the very symbol of the energy and emphasis assigned to training within JA Delmas and the companies of the Network.
The issues of developing and improving teams’ skills are at the heart of our strategy. Everything is available on site to achieve this: both technical and teaching resources, always with a view to operational efficiency:
- Individualized coaching
- Adapted training plans
- Simulators and tools specifically for training
- Computer labs and a proving ground
- Partnership with local technical schools
In addition to the Regional Training Center in Abidjan, dedicated centers serving national requirements are located in Burkina Faso, Mauritania and Mali. In addition, our expert trainers, specialized in Caterpillar machines and systems, operate in all countries of West Africa.
