Ibrahima is an after-sales service representative at Manutention Africaine Mali, a member of the JA Delmas Network.

Ibrahima is the customers’ main contact. He is involved in all the steps of their journey, from planning, maintenance, recommending parts and meticulously monitoring orders right through to the payment stage. He is constantly in touch with customers. Every day, Ibrahima is focused on providing his customers with the best possible experience.
