PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE PLANNER

P.M.P version 3.0, available.

P.M.P or routine maintenance schedule is used alone or can be run with M.C.S.

The software integrates detailed lists used for the routine maintenance and inspection of equipment at servicing frequencies stipulated by CATERPILLAR.

The lists can be easily modified to match specific configurations according to each machine’s options.

Another advantage of P.M.P. is that is can be used to create new equipment lists other than CATERPILLAR.

The system also provides, per routine maintenance operation, the list of required parts, the amount of oil required in litres per compartment and labour times that you can align with your specific standards. You can thus draw up your own lists with parts kits to optimise machine routine maintenance.

Naturally, the lists can be printed and costs can be analysed for every routine maintenance level. P.M.P is indispensable software for the monitoring of CATERPILLAR equipment routine maintenance.

You must use legacy preventive routine maintenance lists with P.M.P. J.A.Delmas technical department in Bordeaux or our local agent are able to supply those lists.

Most lists are in English, some machine types and prefixes (identity codes) are available in French.

Not all lists are available for every prefix (identity code) but it is very easy to adapt legacy lists for other prefixes and even for equipment other than CATERPILLAR.
